He joined the firm in November 2025 and specializes in developing retirement plans tailored to client needs while providing ongoing administration services, including annual valuations, employer contribution calculations, ERISA compliance testing, and required reporting such as IRS Form 5500.

Education:

David earned a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and holds a Cash Balance Consultant (CBC) certification. His prior experience includes roles at Johnson Actuarial, Mercantile Bank, Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, CDM Consultants, and Martin Retirement Services, Inc.

Jeanine Gordon joined Onyx Bridge Retirement Group with more than 20 years of experience in the third-party administration industry. She provides day-to-day administrative support to consultants and clients, and is responsible for loan and distribution processing, 1099 preparation and processing, annual census requests, annual valuations, and Form 5500 preparation.

Jeanine began her retirement plan career at Gorrelick Tievy & Associates as an Administrative Assistant before being promoted to Retirement Plan Administrator. She later continued her career at Martin Retirement Services, Inc. in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Jay Martin is a Shareholder and Chief Operating Officer of Onyx Bridge Retirement Group. He oversees the firm’s retirement benefits administration division and brings decades of experience in third-party administration and retirement plan consulting. Prior to joining Onyx Bridge, Jay founded Martin Retirement Services, Inc. (MRS) in 2000, serving more than 500 clients nationwide over 20 years. He began his career in the TPA industry in 1990 as a pension administrator for Wolff & Associates and later became vice president and partner in Wolff & Martin, Inc.

Jay holds certifications as a Certified Pension Planner (CPP) from the National Institute of Certified Pension Planners and as a Cash Balance Consultant (CBC). He is qualified as an expert witness on retirement plans by the Circuit Courts of the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, MD, and Fairfax County, VA, and has represented plan sponsors in examinations by the IRS, PBGC, and U.S. Department of Labor.

Education:

Jay earned a B.S. in Economics from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Sandra Swiantek is a Senior Consultant providing retirement consulting services for defined contribution and defined benefit plans. She supports plan design, compliance, and annual administration, and serves as a liaison between recordkeepers, clients, and brokers to help ensure ongoing compliance with IRS and Department of Labor requirements.

Education:

Sandra studied at Northwestern University prior to beginning her career with Berlin, Ramos and Company.

Sandra currently resides in Orlando, Florida. She is married with an adult daughter and enjoys traveling, spending as much time as possible exploring new destinations around the world.

Professional Bio:

Kimberly serves as Director of Retirement Services.  In this role, she oversees office operations, manages a book of client relationships, and provides support to the office team.

Her career began in a mid-size Third Party Administration firm in Maryland, and she has more than 25 years’ experience in virtually all aspects of qualified plan administration.  She can assist with new plan proposals and recommend the optimal plan design to meet your company’s needs.

Kimberly has built lasting relationships with clients, tax, and financial advisors.  During her career, she has had the opportunity to work on plans ranging in size and design, including 401(k)/Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit, and Cash Balance Plans.  She provides support to her clients and ensures compliance with the ever-changing laws surrounding qualified retirement plans.

Education:

Kimberly attended University of Maryland University College and is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), where she maintains her Accredited designation.
